Opened on Austin’s East Side in 2019, Lou’s offers a casual roadside American menu featuring burgers, rotisserie chicken and classic custard. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Lou’s is that casual counter-service café and grab-and-go spot that every neighborhood needs. With a sprawling backyard and popular nightly programming and events including Movie Nights, Trivia Nights, and Lou’s Grooves, the original location is quickly becoming an East Side institution.
Lou’s Barton Springs has a feeling of familar and new, offering its popular menu of coffee, donuts and tacos; salads, burgers, fries and wings; frozen treats, beer and cocktails. The refurbished space is bike, stroller, and dog friendly, with indoor and outdoor seating, live music, movies & games, ample parking, a 300-year pecan tree, and an overall laid-back vibe - Barton Spring’s style.
